SERVICES

Three ways to work together.

Audit, build, or embed. Most engagements start with the smallest one and earn the next step — I’d rather diagnose a real problem honestly than sell you a build that doesn’t solve it.

Operations Audit

Paid diagnostic — the entry engagement

Two weeks. I map your actual processes (not the org-chart version), inventory your stack, and find the leverage. You get a written audit, a prioritized list of what's worth building or fixing, and a recording of the walkthrough. This is its own deliverable — if we don't work together after, you keep everything.

Process and workflow mapping
Stack inventory & integration assessment
Bottleneck and risk identification
Prioritized build/fix recommendations
Written audit + recorded walkthrough
Fee credited if we proceed to a build
Price:$2,500
Timeline:~2 weeks
Best fit:Operators who suspect they have a systems problem but aren't sure what to build first.

Operator-Led Build

Custom internal tool, integration system, or AI workflow

Fixed-scope build of the system the audit (or a clear pain point) pointed to. I handle process design, data architecture, application development, integrations, and rollout — end to end. You get an app, dashboard, or integration backbone your team owns, plus the documentation to maintain it.

Process & data architecture design
Custom application or integration backbone
AI agents, document processing, dashboards
Integrations with your existing stack
User training & operating documentation
30-day post-launch support
Price:$12,000 – $50,000+
Timeline:4 – 8 weeks typical
Best fit:A specific vertical pain point that needs more than glue — tenant ops, bid-to-billing, matter launch, owner reporting.

Embedded Operations

Monthly retainer — operator + builder

When the work isn't one project but an ongoing operating partnership. I act as your fractional ops architect: weekly executive cadence, continuous iteration on systems, vendor and tool management, dashboarding, and incremental builds as the business changes. Most useful for founder-led SMBs without a true COO yet.

Weekly executive operating cadence
Continuous systems iteration
New integrations & feature builds as needs emerge
Vendor & tooling oversight
KPI dashboarding & reporting
Direct access during business hours
Price:$8,000 – $15,000/mo
Timeline:3-month minimum
Best fit:Founder-led SMBs ($5–25M revenue) with messy systems and no true COO yet.

What an Operator-Led Build looks like

Pattern examples by vertical. Most engagements start with one of these and grow from there.

Real estate operators

Tenant & Vendor Operations Cockpit

Inbound email/form/SMS → AI classification → routed work order → SLA tracking → owner reporting. One app that replaces the spreadsheet-plus-12-Zaps mess that property managers usually live in.

Construction subs & specialty contractors

Bid-to-Billing Control System

Intake bid invites, track estimator workload, generate proposals, hand off won work to project admin, collect COIs/W-9s/change orders, push billing milestones, expose margin and status dashboards.

Law firms (transactional practices)

AI Intake & Matter Launch

Website intake → conflict-check prep → document-request automation → matter setup → key-date extraction → task generation → client status updates. Built for high-volume transactional practices.

Any operator with document chaos

AI Document Processing Layer

Extract, classify, and route information from contracts, invoices, leases, and forms using AI. Integrated directly into the systems your team already uses.

Multi-tool SMBs

Operations Dashboard & Source-of-Truth

When AppFolio, Procore, QuickBooks, Airtable, and email are all telling you different stories, I build the dashboard and data layer that makes them agree.

Anyone outgrowing spreadsheets

Airtable Base + Custom Interfaces

When a structured database is the right answer (not a custom app), I design and build the Airtable base, the automations on top of it, and the custom interfaces your team uses every day.

How an engagement actually runs

The same four steps whether we’re at $2,500 or $50,000. The only thing that changes is the scope of what we build.

  • Discovery — process and stack walk-through
  • Design — what we’ll build, what we won’t, and why
  • Build — software, integrations, dashboards, documentation
  • Rollout & support — training, monitoring, iteration
Workflow design and process mapping

Start with a free teardown

30 minutes. Bring the one workflow that’s costing you the most time. You leave with a recorded walkthrough and a candid take on whether software is actually the right fix.
